Disney World Week – Behind the Seeds, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Via Napoli Review – Disney Vlog 3

Description of Restaurant: Via Napoli has some not so favorable reviews, it is an Italian restaurant in the middle of the Italy pavilion, known for its admittedly delicious looking pizza. While there is not a gluten free pizza option the gluten free pasta was exceptionally and surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend eating here even if cross contamination risk is very high.

I have also met some really wonderful youtubers here, shout outs to all of them for not only producing some great and enjoyable content, but for also being really cool people.

How to Eat Gluten Free at Chipotle – Restaurant Reviews – College of Celiac

Description of Restaurant:
When Chipotle opened its first restaurant in 1993, the idea was simple: show that food served fast didn’t have to be a “fast-food” experience. Using high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking techniques, and distinctive interior design, we brought features from the realm of fine dining to the world of quick-service restaurants.

Over 23 years later, our devotion to seeking out the very best ingredients we can–raised with respect for animals, farmers, and the environment–remains at the core of our commitment to Food With Integrity. And as we’ve grown, our mission has expanded to ensuring that better food is accessible to everyone

Chipotle is amazing at handling gluten allergies, and generally handles them very well and very safely. I highly recommend them for a cheap and easy meal.

Taste of Belgium – Restaurant Reviews – The College of Celiac

Description of Restaurant: Taste of Belgium is a restaurant group of Belgian-inspired eateries. We take traditional Belgian recipes and we twist them; we take American classics and we Belgianize them.

In 2007, Jean-François Flechet brought back a 120lbs cast iron waffle maker from his native Belgium. He began baking the waffles he grew up with at the back of a produce store at Findlay Market. After a few weeks, the store was congested with waffle-eating-people and Jean-François was told he needed to find a new home.

The little waffle place grew, one waffle at a time to become a new Cincinnati/Columbus favorite. From one person and a waffle iron, Taste of Belgium expanded into multiple food establishments including two full service Bistros serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and a unique weekend brunch with a large selection of Belgian beers and two market locations: one at Findlay Market (Cincinnati, OH) and one at the North Market (Columbus, OH).

Taste of Belgium is also featured at the Great American Ballpark as the official waffle of the Cincinnati Reds.

Taste of Belgium draws on its Belgian heritage to create a one-of-a-kind, Belgian-inspired, locally infused culinary experience. We thumb our nose at convention and treat our guests and their taste buds to unexpected combinations and unorthodox preparations.

Belgians would be disturbed by the idea of eating a Liège waffle with fried chicken and hot sauce. The French would be upset that we Belgianized their “galettes Bretonnes” by adding beer to the buckwheat crêpe batter. And the old-grain Belgian Genever we use in many of our handcrafted cocktails can rival any Cachaça to make the perfect Caipirinha.

We believe elegant cuisine can be served with a down-to-earth attitude and humble foods can be served elegantly.

We take the food we create and the service we provide very seriously, but not ourselves.

They offer wonderful gluten free crepes and have been consistently careful with safety and preparation in the majority of areas.
